Tajikistan faces a significant challenge: limited job opportunities, particularly for deaf citizens. The deaf community often lacks access to programs that develop essential skills needed to participate in the workforce, hindering their ability to secure even basic jobs.

Our deaf empowerment project addresses this head-on. The vision of this pilot project is to create apprenticeships, pairing deaf students with skilled professionals like carpenters, electricians, plumbers, cooks, artists, and more. By learning from experienced mentors, students will gain valuable hands-on training in practical trades, preparing them for future employment.
